How do I get started with you?
Simply share your design requirements with us. We’ll suggest the right plan based on your needs and begin once a mutual agreement is finalized.
Can I try the service before committing long term?
Yes. You can start with a Single Project Plan or request a trial month. We’re confident you’ll love working with us.

what kind of designs do you offer?
We offer three structured service plans:
- Dedicated Designer Plan (Monthly)
- On-Demand Access Plan (Monthly Retainer + Pay-per-task)
- Content Support Add-on (Copywriting + Visuals)
Is there any auto-renewal or subscription involved?
No. All plans are activated only after mutual discussion and confirmation. We do not operate on automatic billing or subscriptions.
Do I need to sign an agreement?
Yes. Every client receives a formal service agreement outlining the plan details, payment structure, timeline, and responsibilities. This keeps everything clear and professional.
How do payments work?
For plan-based services, payments are made monthly in advance. For single projects, an advance of 25–50% is taken upfront based on scope, with the balance payable upon final delivery.
- Design Process & Revisions
How long does it take to get a design?
Standard tasks are usually delivered in 1–2 business days. Larger or more complex tasks may take 3–5 days depending on scope and feedback response.
How many revisions do I get?
We offer reasonable revisions that align with the original brief. Major changes or new directions outside the scope may be billed additionally.
Can I request a completely new direction mid-project?
Significant changes after approval or delivery are treated as new tasks. We’ll quote and discuss them with you before proceeding.
- Ownership & Usage
Who owns the final designs?
Once full payment is made, you own all final approved designs. However, raw stock assets or editable source files may not be transferred unless previously agreed.
Can I reuse the design elements elsewhere?
You can use the final design freely for your business. However, you cannot extract or redistribute individual stock images, icons, or vectors used within the design unless you have a valid license.
Will I get source files or stock images separately?
No. Due to third-party licensing rules, raw or unedited stock content cannot be shared. We only deliver the complete design output.
- Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel a plan mid-month?
Yes, but no refund is issued once work has started in the current month. You can choose to pause the plan for future use.
Are refunds available for single projects?
- 100% refund if work hasn’t started.
- Partial refund (up to 50%) if partial work is delivered.
- No refund after final delivery.
How do I request a refund?
Email us with your project name, reason for refund, and details. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Image and Design Asset Usage
Do you use stock images or vector resources in designs?
Yes, we sometimes use licensed stock elements like images, icons, and vectors from professional design libraries to save time and enhance design quality.
Can I reuse or extract these assets?
No. Stock assets used in your design are for use within the final output only. Reuse or redistribution of raw components is not permitted unless you purchase a separate license.
What if I want original artwork without stock elements?
We can create original custom visuals or illustrations. Please request this at the start so we can quote accordingly.
Can I use the design on merchandise or for mass production?
Yes, but we recommend informing us first if you plan to produce merchandise or mass-printed items. Extended licensing might be required.
