Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 April, 2025
At Pepples, we are committed to delivering professional, brand-aligned graphic design services to every client. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while recognizing the time, planning, and creative work invested in each project.
1. General Policy
Pepples operates on a service-based model. Once creative work has begun, time and resources are committed. Hence, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Pepples management team.
2. Refunds for Single Project Plans
Refunds for one-time or high-value design projects are subject to the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: If no creative work or conceptualization has started and no designer has been assigned, clients are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount.
- Partial Work Completed: If work has begun and partial drafts have been shared, a partial refund (up to 50%) of the advance may be considered, depending on the amount of effort and hours already invested.
- After Final Delivery: Once final files are delivered, no refund will be processed under any condition.
3. Refunds for Plan-Based Engagements
Refunds are not applicable to the following plans:
- Dedicated Designer Plan
- On-Demand Access Plan
- Content Support Add-on
These plans operate on a monthly cycle, and clients are billed for resource time and priority allocation. Once a month begins and work starts, refunds will not be offered, even if the service is paused mid-cycle. We recommend discussing all goals and expectations before renewing any month.
4. Project Pausing or Deferrals
In certain cases, clients may request to pause or reschedule a project or active month. This is possible only with prior written communication and approval from the Pepples team. Paused time is not refundable but may be adjusted to a future window based on availability.
5. Exceptional Cases
While our policy is clear, Pepples will always consider exceptional circumstances with empathy and professionalism. If a refund request arises due to a serious issue or breakdown in the design process, clients are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund-related queries should be submitted in writing to:

Please include:
- Your full name and contact number
- Project or plan name
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting screenshots, brief history, or any proof of issue
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
7. Final Note
Pepples invests significant creative, communication, and coordination effort in every project. We encourage our clients to communicate proactively and clearly, so projects stay smooth and refund requests become unnecessary.
We believe in quality work, not binding contracts — but fairness must go both ways.
